At Impressions Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if applicable and pack it securely in the original manufacturer’s box, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large freight items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
